If you don’t make time for your wellness, you will be forced to take time for your illness.

What does Coaching mean?
You may have heard of coaching or perhaps a relative suggested you explore coaching to help you overcome some of the challenges you are currently facing. From my perspective, coaching is embarking on a new journey, supported by an impartial friend who lets you lead the relationship to achieve your own goals.

Trust the process, believe in yourself
It is a safe and confidential space where, together, we identify your current reality, understand where you would like to be and use the resources and tools we have available to empower you to reach your goals. As your coach, I will respect your emotions, be compassionate and non-judgmental but I won’t be prescribing or diagnosing.
I appreciate that sometimes, we feel like we have lost our purpose, we feel stuck, we feel overwhelmed and we don’t know where to begin. Coaching is step one to establish what the obstacles may be, making a commitment to move forward, with the relevant support along the way.
Finding the perfect balance (for you) so we can celebrate the little wins together and appreciate the progress you are making towards your new self.

Great things take time
Coaching can involve a wide variety of resources such as (but not limited to): mindfulness, journaling, breathwork, meditation, movements, self care, nutrition, sleep, stress management. It requires professionalism and compassion from me, and commitment from you. Are you ready to begin your own journey?
Ways of working
It is important to remember that coaching isn’t prescribing nor diagnosing. I am not licensed as a counsellor, psychotherapist, nutritionist, fitness trainer and any other medical field. I encourage you to book a discovery call if you are unsure whether coaching is right for you.
